Simple pics are my preferred method
Writing is Slow
I’m not the most skilled artist, but I don’t let that stop me.
There’s a saying: “A picture paints a thousand words.”
I draw pictures in my record book to show exercise – I also find it a bit more fun than writing descriptions.
If I do a quick drawing, I save myself a lot of words, and the meaning is clear at a glance.
As you can see, it’s not great art. It’s handy art.
